In 2020, Paul did a full-scale renovation of the Keya Golf Club that included rebuilding several greens, an entirely new set of tees, the relocation of grassing lines on fairways, and the complete reconstruction of the bunker complexes. Paul was sought out to complete the work to reinvigorate the golf course back to the Japan Tour status it once had. Since the completion of the renovation, Keya Golf Club has enjoyed several more iterations of the KBC Augusta Open with a much better showing to both the players and fans alike.
